Foundational Assessment

This is a one-time investment of $695 which includes an extended appointment with Dr. Bassett to review your concerns and your unique health history, lab review of advanced biomarker testing, an integrative 7-part health plan and a follow-up appointment with our health coach. 

This is designed as a one-time assessment for optimal wellness.

  • Functional Health Evaluation

  • Lab review of Advanced Biomarker Testing: in-depth diagnostic panel measuring inflammation, nutrient status, expanded thyroid assessment, heart health, cholesterol and more (labs can be billed through insurance)

  • Extended In-person or Virtual Appointment with Dr. Bassett

  • Customized Integrative 7 -Part Health Plan

  • Brief Follow-up virtual appointment with our health coach 

Membership Plan

Our membership plan is for those who have completed the Foundational Assessment and who would like to continue to benefit from our services and education at The Heart of Wellness.

During the Foundational Assessment, Dr. Bassett will discuss whether you are a good fit for each other and if you would benefit from our membership. Completion of the Foundational Assessment DOES NOT guarantee a spot in our membership plan.
